Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 with subsequent staining with HRP-goat anti-rabbit and detection by ECL, has been used with rat brain membranes. Immunohistochemistry: Rat brain membrane sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: H1827-26A Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
