Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: ≥ 1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: ≥ 1:1000 on 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS fixed or 3% paraformaldehyde/01% gluteraldehyde/PBS fixed tissue sections. Immunocytochemistry: ≥ 1:1000 on hippocampal neruons in culture and PC12 cells stimulated with NGF. ELISA: ≥ 1:2000 Immunopreciipitation: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control: Rat dorsal root ganglion tissue that has been subjected to a spinal nerve ligation; cultured neurons Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
