Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, FLISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer is recommended. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
