- Mouse granulocyte colony stimulating factor, also known as G-CSF, stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of granulocyte progenitors in the bone marrow. Applications: Suitiable for use in FLISA, Functional Assays and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 0.5ug/ml Functional Assay: 0.005-0.010ug/ml. Do not add sodium azide. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) Sh x Rb I1904-39: IgG, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-40A: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb I1904-40P: IgG, Fc, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab Gt x Rb Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
