TAS1R3 is essential for the recognition and response to the disaccharide trehalose. Sequence differences within and between species can significantly influence the selectivity and specificity of taste responses. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
