- Glycogen synthase kinase 3beta (GSK3beta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in insulin, growth factor and Wnt signaling. Glycogen synthase kinase 3beta (GSK3beta) is a molecular regulator of cell fate in the central nervous system and a target of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway. It is an enzyme with a diverse number of actions in intracellular signaling systems, regulating neuronal plasticity, gene expression and cell survival. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:2000 Flow Cytometry: 2-5ug for 1x10e6cells Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
