- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000. Antiserum yields positive result with 0.1ug of purified rat GST Ya, or recombinant human A1-1, and a 1:5000 dilution of secondary antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1903-28A IgG, X-Adsorbed (AP) Dk x Gt I1903-30B IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (AP) Rb x Gt Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
