- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml of this lot detected 100ng of MAP Kinase 2/Erk2, active. 0.5-2ug/ml of a previous lot detected 500ng of GST. Representative blot from a previous lot. Cell lysate containing GST fusion protein was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitro-cellulose and probed with anti-GST (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemilumine-scence detection system. Arrow indicates the GST fusion protein. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
