- Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Conjugation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000-1:16,000 1ug of Glutamine Synthetase was used in a standard sandwich ELISA with Rabbit anti-Goat (HRP) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) A0030 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28K: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
