Extra Details:: Neurturin is a member of the GDNF family and has an important role in the control of vertebrate neuron survival and differentiation. GFRa2 is a receptor for neurturin. It mediates the NRTN-induced autophosphorylation and activation of the RET receptor. It is also able to mediate GDNF signaling through the RET tyrosine kinase receptor. GRFa2 is a 52kD glycoprotein and is a GPI-linked cell surface receptor. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
