- Extra Details:
- Gli1 is a member of the Krupple family of zinc finger proteins. Gli1 is activated by the sonic hedgehog pathway and influences transcription of a variety of target genes by binding to the consensus site 5’CGGGTGGTC3’. Gli1 activation leads to cellular proliferation and anti-apoptotic activities based on target genes activated. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml using HEK293 human embyronic kidney cell line transfected with human GLI-1. Immunocytochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab DkxGt I1904-28G: IgG, H&L (HRP) (X-Adsorbed) Pab DkxGt I1904-28K: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28A IgG, H&L (FITC) DkxGt I1904-28E IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (FITC) DkxGt I1904-33E IgG, H&L (FITC) DkxGt Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
