Extra Details:: Homeobox protein GBX-2 may act as a transcription facctor for pluripotency and differentiation in the embryo. It localises to the nucleus. The unprocessed precursor is 348aa long and has an estimated molecular weight of ~37KD. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:8000. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
