Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorecscence, Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000- 1:50,000. Western Blot: 1:2,000- 1:10,000. Immunohistochemistry : 1:1,000- 1:5,000. Frozen tissue sections, paraffin-embedded tissues, and 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed tissues. Immunofluorescence: 1:5,000 -1: 10,000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotin Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 Biotin molecules per rabbit IgG molecule. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
