- Extra Details:
- The inhibitory neurotransmitter, GABA, acts through two ligand-gated channels, GABA A and GABA C receptors and GABA B, the latter of which acts through a G protein mechanism. GABABR1 is one of the two G-protein coupled receptors for GABAB that acts as a heteromeric assembly with GABABR2. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:250-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
