- Extra Details:
- May play a role in intracellular transport of GABA(A) receptors and its interaction with the cytoskeleton. SUBUNIT: Interacts with GABRG2, TUBA1, ULK1 and NSF. Interacts with beta-tubulin and GPHN. Cellular Localization: Intracytoplasmic membrane. Cytoskeleton. Largely associated with intracellular membrane structures including the Golgi apparatus and post-synaptic cisternae. Colocalizes with microtubules. Belongs to the MAP1 LC3 family. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
