- Applications: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation, conjugation and most immunological methods. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:8000 1ug of Fructosyl-Amino Acid Oxidase (E.coli) was used in a standard sandwich ELISA with Rabbit anti-Sheep (HRP) and ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate 1.46mM/Liter for HRPO A0030 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended secondary antibodies: I1904-63: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxSh I1904-59C: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxSh I1904-59H: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxSh Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
