- Frizzled-7 is an integral membrane protein that belongs to the Frizzled family of G-protein coupled receptors. Frizzleds function as receptors for Wnt proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-7. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is ~1ng/lane and ~5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-7. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-7 is ~5ng/well. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
