- Frizzled-6 is a member of the Frizzled/Smoothened family of G-protein coupled receptors that mediate the Wnt beta-Catenin signaling pathway. Application: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: Use at 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Frizzled-6. The detection limit for rmFrizzled-6 is ~2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1% crossreactivity with rmFrizzled-1, rmFrizzled-2, rmFrizzled-3, rmFrizzled-4, rhFrizzled-5, rmFrizzled-7, rmFrizzled-8 and rmFrizzled-9. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile Tris-buffered saline, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride) containing 0.1% BSA. Dilute to 50ug/ml. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
