- Frizzled-6 is a member of the Frizzled/Smoothened family of G-protein coupled receptors that mediate the Wnt beta-Catenin signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using immersion fixed D3 mouse embryonic cell line treated with retinoic acid. Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml using recombinant mouse Frizzled-6 Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells using D3 mouse embryonic cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
