- Extra Details:
- Frizzled-1 belongs to the frizzled family of 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt proteins. Frizzled-1 is expressed in a wide variety of tissues and is involved in cell differentiation, embryonal development and tumorigenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug/ml labels 10e6 cellis usiing HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml in immersion fixed HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
