Extra Details:
Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is a small fluoresent molecule that is commonly conjugated to antibodies for immunofluorescent cell labeling. In conjunction with anti-FITC antibodies, it can also be used as an epitope tag for detection and signal amplification. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized LOU/c rats were fused with cells of the IR983F rat myeloma cell line. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: S7973-96B: Streptavidin (FITC) Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
