- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 - 1: 50,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1,000 -1: 5,000 Western Blot: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
