Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization: ND50 ~1-4ug/ml in the presence of 1ng/ml of rhFGF-6 and 1ug/ml of heparin, using the FGF-6 responsive NR6R-3T3 fibroblasts as target cells. ELISA (Capture): Using plates coated with 100ul/well of F4211-02 at 1-2ug/ml, in combination with 100ul/well of the detection antibody (Cat # F4211-02A) at 200-400ng/ml, an ELISA for sample volumes of 100ul with a range of ~93.8-6000pg/ml can be obtained. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
