- Extra Details:
- Human D-dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, is released into the bloodstream during clot breakdown. It is used as an indicator of blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich FLISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween-20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be ≥0.5M. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hydridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
