It is used as an indicator of a blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoaffinity Purification. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride and 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be ≥0.5M. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pairs: Suitable for use as the as the detection or conjugate (label) antibody. Matched to F4197-15, F4197-19 and F4197-23 as the capture or solid phase antibody.
