Western Blot: 0.2ug/ml using HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml using Immersion fixed paraffin embedded sections of human liver cancer Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch I1906-10 IgY, Chicken (HRP) Rb x Ch I1906-12 IgY, Chicken (FITC) Rb x Ch I1906-14 IgY, Chicken (AP) Rb x Ch Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
