Extra Details:: FAM3A is a secreted protein belonging to the FAM3 family of four alpha -helix bundle cytokines. It is expressed in multiple tissues. Mature human FAM3A shares approximately 93% amino acid sequence identity with the mouse and rat protein. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml with recombinant human FAM3A. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
