- Extra Details:
- Fc receptor-like 5 (FCRL5), also known as FcRH5 and IRTA2, is a member of the Ig superfamily. It shares sequence homology with the classical Fc receptors for Ig and possesses cytoplasmic ITIM and ITAM-like motifs. Secreted variants and a GPI-anchored form of FCRL5 also exist. FCRL5 is expressed in naïve and memory B cells and in plasma cells. The gene for FCRL5 is localized to the human chromosome Iq21-23 region, a hotspot for translocation events. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 2.5ug/10e6 cells using human blood-derived CD19+ lymphocytes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
