- Extra Details:
- FABP4 is a fatty acid binding protein found in adipocytes. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids and other hydrophobic ligands. It is thought that FABPs roles include fatty acid uptake, transport, and metabolism. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Dot Blot: 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
