Extra Details:: Human CD95 (APO-1/FAS) is a type I cell surface glycoprotein that is strongly upregulated on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells and thymocytes. CD95 plays an important role in programmed cell death or apoptosis. Apoptosis appears to be a mechanism for regulating the immune response Functional Application: Antibody will not induce apoptosis of cells expressing CD95. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
