- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hExodus-2 (100ng/ml), a concentration of 6.0–8.0ug/ml is required. ELISA (sandwich): using 100ul/well antibody solution a concentration of 0.5-2ug/ml of this antibody is required. In conjunction with E9005-07B1 as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hExodus-2. Western Blot: 0.1–0.2ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hExodus-2 is 1.5–3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
