Extra Details:: EXOC7 is a component of the exocyst, which is an evolutionarily conserved octameric protein complex essential for exocytosis. The exocyst targets secretory vesicles at specific domains of the plasma membrane for cell surface expansion and protein secretion. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Western Blot: 0.5-1.5ug/ml, observed in human lung lysates on ~70kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
