Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 0.25-0.5ug/ml, observed in 293 lysates on ~140-150kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
