- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:5000-1:25,000 Capture ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000. Assayed against 1ug of Esterase in a standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) (#S7973-97A) and ABTS (#A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
