Extra Details:: Erythropoietin is the principal hormone involved in the regulation of erythrocyte differentiation and the maintenance of a physiological levels of circulating erythrocyte mass. It is often used as a drug to treat anemia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Functional Assays, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 15ug/ml ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
