- Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000 will yield a positive result with 0.2ug of purified rabbit or rat epoxide hydrolase using alkaline phosphatase conjugated donkey anti-goat antibodies. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1903-28: IgG (AP) Pab DkxGt I1903-28A: IgG, X-Adsorbed (AP) Pab DkxGt I1903-30B: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (AP) Pab RbxGt Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
