Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1ug/ml ELISA (Capture): 0.2-0.8ug/ml. Can be used as a capture reagent in a sandwich immunoassay in combination with a biotinylated, rat EGF antibody and recombinant rat EGF as the standard. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
