- Extra Details:
- Eotaxin-3 binds to the CCR3 receptor and is highly chemotactic for eosinophils. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Sandwich ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich ELISA: 1-2ug/ml, will detect at least 1000pg/ml of recombinant human Eotaxin-3 when used with E3352-01A as the detetction antibody at a concentration of ~0.25-50ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.25-0.50ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human Eotaxin-3 is 0.25-0.5ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
