Extra Details:
Tbr2 (a T-domain transcription factor) is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Trb2 has been shown to play a role in the development of the neocortex and functions in the differentiation pathway of radial glia to postmitotic projection neurons. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections of mouse and human brain. Requires HIER with citrate buffer pH 6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: E13-14 mouse brain lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
