Tbr2 (a T-domain transcription factor) is a member of a conserved protein family that shares a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Trb2 has been shown to play a role in the development of the neocortex and functions in the differentiation pathway of radial glia to postmitotic projection neurons. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections of mouse and human brain. Requires HIER with citrate buffer pH 6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: E13-14 mouse brain lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C.
