Extra Details:: Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase 5 (ENPP-5) belongs to a group of nucleotide-metabolizing ecto-enzymes, which regulate the availability of extracellular nucleotides. It may also be involved in neuronal cell communication. Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation: 25ug/ml will immunprecipitate recombinant human ENPP-5 from conditioned cell culture media Western Blot: 1ug/ml on recombinant human ENPP-5 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
