- Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute in 50-100ul sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in 0.1M PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:400-1:800 using FITC. Incubate overnight at 4ºC. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Frozen sections of cat or pig small intestine. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
