Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (w/Immunoperoxidase detection*): 48 hour incubation, 4°C. Spinal cord nerve fibers (rat): 1:2000-1:4000. Immunofluorescence*: overnight incubation, 4°C Duodenum endocrine cells & nerve fibers (porcine): 1:2000 Ileum endocrine cells & nerve fibers (guinea pig): 1:4000 *Fixative-any cross-linking reagent Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
