Extra Details:: Leu-enkephalin (tyr-gly-gly-phe-leu) is a pentapeptide which compete with and mimic the effects of opiate drugs. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (4% Formaldehyde): 5-10ug/ml Immunofluorescence (IC): 5-15ug/ml. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
