- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:800 (1.85ug/ml) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: Val-Asn-Thr-Pro-Glu-His-Val-Val-Pro-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Gly-Ser-Pro-Arg-Ser Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O/PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
