- Supplied as a lyophilized powder (serum). Reconstitute with 100ul distilled water to prepare the stock solution. Further dilutions can be made with 0.1M PBS containing 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.
- Extra Details:
- Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): 1:300-1:600 (FITC, immunofluorescence microscopy) with overnight incubation at 2-8°C. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Formalin-fixed paraffin sections of pig pituitary. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
