- Monospecific antiserum produced in SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) chicken Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Suggested secondary antibodies: I1906 IgY, Chicken Pab Rb x Ch I1906-10 IgY, Chicken-HRP Rb x Ch I1906-12 IgY, Chicken-FITC Rb x Ch I1906-14 IgY, Chicken-AP Rb x Ch Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol ddH2O. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20ºC. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
