Extra Details:: EBF3 (Early B-cell factor 3) belongs to the conserved Olf/EBF family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors, which regulate neurogenesis and differentiation. It recognizes variations of the palindromic sequence 5'-ATTCCCNNGGGAATT-3'. EBF3 is expressed in normal brain but is silenced in brain tumors suggesting that it may regulate a transcriptional program underlying a putative tumor suppression pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin), and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
