Recommended dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:1250 Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is recommended. Overnight incubation is recommended. Radioimmunoassay: 1:15000 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) ShxRb Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
