Extra Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Western Blot, though not tested, may potentially be used as an application. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml (ECL) The predicted size of D2 form is approx. 50kD. However, additional bands at approx. 100kD, 68kD, and 50kD, and others are typically seen in various tissues (2-3). Approx. 100-400ug membrane protein/lane should be loaded to visualize various bands. ELISA: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: D9016-45 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
